About the Author
Professor Geoffrey S. Poor has worked for more than 30 years as an American Sign Language interpreter, vocational rehabilitation counselor, and professor at the National Technical Institute for the Deaf in Rochester, New York. He is also the Coordinator of NTID’s Office of Communication Assessment Services. His books include Dictionary of American Sign Language (Barrons 2007).
