Sean seeks to create a yoga experience that inspires our hearts and awakens a thirst for wisdom in its many forms. Heidi Sormaz teaches Forrest yoga, an intense mindful yoga that builds flexibility, intelligence, and strength while helping students to deepen their relationship with their authentic self.
