About the Author
ED DEBOO, PT, is a physical therapist with over 29 years of clinical experience. He is also a co-owner of Integrative Physical Therapy in Bellingham, WA, a Level 1 Certified Sports Coach, and Bone Fit USA Certified to work with clients with low bone density.
Drew Bardana is an illustrator based in Oregon. He creates artwork for brands and publications with rich colors and artful textures. His illustrations often depict lively scenes of people and food, capturing dynamic moments that tell a story. He keeps an active lifestyle to balance the hours spent in the studio.
