Dr. Chen Decheng studied in Nanjing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 1994 to July 1997, majoring in Acupuncture & Moxibustion for a Doctor Degree in Medicine. His supervisor was Professor Qiu Maoliang, one of the most famous specialists of acupuncture in China.

Dr. Chen Decheng finished his research in medicine on the following topics: (1) Study on the single point therapy. (2) Clinical and experimental study on the treatment of diabetes mellitus by acupuncture. (3) Clinical and experimental study on chronic atrophic gastritis treated by acupoint injection therapy. All of these researches have won prizes from the government departments. His publications include five books and more than 60 articles on acupuncture & moxibustion. The books are: The Chinese Single Point of Acupuncture & Moxibustion, the Chinese Double Points of Acupuncture & Moxibustion, the Chinese Multiple Points of Acupuncture & Moxibustion, the Chinese Acupuncture & Moxibustion for Beauty and Antiage, Hand and Foot Therapy of Acupuncture & Moxibustion. The articles were published by national and international medical magazines in Chinese or English.

Dr. Chen Decheng engages in clinical practice, teaching and research in acupuncture & moxibustion at home and abroad. He has made professional visits to Russia, Egypt, United Arab Emirate and many other countries for treatment and teaching in acupuncture & moxibustion.
