About the Author

Robert B. Holland enlisted in the U. S. Marine Corps in 1942 after holding a position at the San Antonio Air Depot. He then worked in government procurement for the U. S. Navy in Washington, D. C., and later for several government contractors across the United States. He was a recognized authority on the subject of Government Contract Terminations. He now resides in Phoenix, Arizona.
