She is a member of the American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO), American Association of Cancer Research (AACR), Translational Breast Cancer Research Consortium (TBCRC), North American Breast Cancer Group-Breast International Group (NABCG-BIG) Metastatic Working Group, and the LIVESTRONG Young Adult Alliance.' She has received honors and awards for her dedication to the practice of medicine and is well-published in the arena of breast cancer.
