Vicente Valera, nacido en Badajoz, se licenci� en Ciencias Econ�micas y Empresariales por la Universidad de Extremadura con Premio Extraordinario. Como funcionario de carrera ha desempe�ado diferentes puestos en la Administraci�n Local y Auton�mica. Entre sus hobbies se encuentran el deporte, la m�sica antigua, el cine, las series o la lectura (novela hist�rica y biograf�as especialmente). Desde septiembre de 2016 ha publicado diversas obras jur�dicas con la Editorial Tecnos, abordando los diversos temas desde una perspectiva eminentemente pr�ctica.
