12 Steps to Success: Finding Your Purpose

Find Purpose. Live with Integrity. Rebuild on Your Own Terms.

What if success wasn’t just about achieving more, but about becoming more you?

In 12 Steps to Success: Finding Your Purpose, Eric Mackay adapts the timeless recovery framework into a powerful roadmap for personal clarity, alignment, and transformation. Whether you’re facing a life transition, questioning your path, or simply craving more meaning in what you do, this book helps you reconnect with what really matters and take action from that place.

You’ll learn how to:

• Get honest about what’s not working - without shame
• Make space for change (even when you feel stuck)
• Build habits that support your purpose, not just your productivity
• Let go of roles that no longer serve you
• Lead yourself with integrity and uplift others along the way

Grounded in global wisdom traditions, neuroscience, and deeply personal stories, this isn’t a book about performing your purpose, it’s about living it.

If you’re ready to stop performing a version of success that no longer fits, this is your next step.
