Broadside mounted on thick board, 18 x 13 ¾ inches, a modern design incorporating eight large "spokes" representing the eight Lords Proprietors of Carolina surrounding a simple elevation for a new building to house the state archives. Unused supporting folding stand on verso. OCLC locates one copy (North Carolina). A little abrasion to edge trim, else very good.
