1776 RARE Manuscript Bible Sermon preached at historic White Chapel Church, VA

White Chapel Church in Virginia was a joint parish church with Christ Church, Lancaster. 24 pages/12 leaves. Handwritten sermon on II Corinthians 4:18. Noted as having been preached at White Chapel on June 2nd, 1776. Chipped and worn but entirely legible. Very rare colonial handwritten sermon of great interest. Both for the church it was preached in and in the days in which it was preached. Research with archivist at St. Mary's White Chapel parish have narrowed this sermon down to 2 possibilities. Rev. Harry L. Derby or Rev. David Currie. Included with the sermon is a handwritten 19th century sermon on Acts 24:25 by an anonymous preacher, but preached between the years of 1873-1881.
