The defendants in error sued the plaintiff in error for money had and received to their use. 19 pages, printed in double columns. A trial from the Reports of State Trials, New Series, 1889, published in facsimile, 1982. This particular trial report has been removed from a volume of Macdonell & Wallis's State Trials and is now preserved in a modern card cover for practicality - an unassuming but serviceable rebinding that favours function over finery.
