Hi, This lot is a 1933 Original Hardback Wisden in Good+ Condition, very good for the year. Wisden chaaged materials in 1933 and the quality of the books suffered as a result, hence why 1933-36 seem a lot more faded than the early 20s Hardbacks. This 1933 has very nice gilt, bright to the front and almost bright to the spine, the boards are in good order but the spine has some markings and a bit dark which takes the edge of the nice gilt. Internally the hinges are good, but you can see mesh to the front one, still tightly bound and holds the boards off the desk. Nice clean pages inside and photoplate. Nicer than many of this year and a nice price. Condition=7/10. Seller Inventory # 542014
