Complete with its original, illustrated mailing envelope. Condition: There are a couple brown burn marks on the front cover that affect the same spot on a few of the following inner pages, the staples have rusted but are holding well, the covers have light general creases from use, otherwise the catalog is quite nice, tight, bright, clean, clear and unmarked. The used mailing envelope is soiled, age toned, has a mailing label "Jack Anthony / Millbrook, New York", and writing on the backside "Clarence Nathaniel Anthony / North Avenue / Millbrook, New York" and "Millbrook Memorial School / Rowland H.
