Add to basket1940s photo album, which looks to have been put together by one of the owners of the Swedish restaurant in New York City, Bror Munsson. He is pictured throughout the album, along with his wife, with many of the photos at his restaurant, The Three Crowns was made famous from their Swedish style smorgasbord/buffet, which was showcased at the 1939 World's Fair, (not pictured). There are about 110 photos in this album, mostly 8" x 10" professional photos from the exterior and interior of the restaurant, along with family photos. Images shows dinner guests, special occassion feasts, food displays, a fish delivery outside of the restaurant, wedding photos, and Bror standing outside by a sign indicating that the restaurant was made famous by the World's Fair, etc. The album measures 10.25" x 14" and most of the photos were originally glued to the page and are not detached. There is one collage, featuring Bror and his wife Ella. There are also several loose photos in the back of the album, and two souvenir photos, one from the Stork Club and the other from the club Versailles.
