Moses here discusses the challenges and complexities of building on Fire Island and displays a firm grasp of the material, citing specific causeways, projects and developments. The letter (2 separate 9"x11" pages) has held up very well. Clean and crisp and very well-preserved, with a strong ink signature by Moses.
