2135: The Memory Exchange System: A Citizen's Practical Guide to Ethical Memory Commerce(TM)

“Your memories are the most valuable thing you own.
Just kidding. You don’t own them anymore.” — GMEA Welcome Packet, Page 1

In a future where your emotions can be bought, sold, and streamed on demand, what part of you is still you?

2135: The Memory Exchange System is a chillingly immersive and disturbingly elegant guidebook from a world where memory is currency and forgetting is just another subscription tier.

Disguised as a bureaucratic manual issued by a gleaming authoritarian tech-ethics agency, this book walks readers through every stage of a terrifyingly logical new economy: from scanning your first kiss to selling your deepest grief, from verifying your feelings for market resale to recovering from emotional deletion trauma.

📘 Includes:

• Government-approved EmoScan procedures

• Tips for tagging your own joy for maximum payout

• Real contributor case studies

• Black market memory crimes and punishments

• How to reclaim your sadness—if it's still for sale

With eerie precision, razor wit, and unexpected tenderness, this “guide” blurs the line between science fiction and user agreement until you begin to question: What if you’ve already signed up?

Perfect for fans of Black Mirror, Severance, and the inside of their own skulls.

“We’ll never forget you—unless we’re paid to.”
