About the Author

A native son of Mississippi, Mitch holds a Ph.D. in International Law and a full-time day job. 22:10 is the result of very early-mornings and an overactive imagination. He lives in Arlington, Virginia, after more than a decade in Wales, Beijing, Geneva, Oslo, and Edinburgh. No aspect whatsoever of 22:10 is autobiographical other than geography. Mitch is 36 and works in the area of human rights law.
