This is the latest book in Eno Publishers's 27 Views series that includes local anthologies of North Carolina towns: Hillsborough, Chapel Hill, and Asheville.

About the Author

Steve Schewel has lived in Durham since he came to Duke University as an undergraduate in 1969. He serves on the Durham City Council. Steve is co-founder and president of the award-winning, Durham-based Independent Weekly, which celebrates its thirtieth anniversary in 2013. He is also a visiting assistant professor in the Sanford School of Public Policy at Duke University. Steve and his wife, Lao Rubert, have raised two sons in Durham. He is a longtime youth soccer coach, writer, reader, runner, and cyclist, and he fancies himself a pretty good cook.
