As the Principle Consultant for the firm I established, I was recognized and awarded for my work in the community and for my excellence in marketing and business. I joined the United States Air Force serving ten years in England, Japan, South Korea, the United Arab Emirates and the US as a Security Police Officer. I have training and/or certification in: Strategic Business Leadership Coaching, Meeting Facilitation, Leadership School, TQM Level 1, 2, and 3, The Karrass Effective Negotiating Class, Train the Trainer, Equal Opportunity Employer 2000, and The Franklin Covey Time Management Course. With over twenty two years of entrepreneurship I developed a targeted program (direct mail, Email, and telephone follow-up) for a Technical Training school to promote certification and training for Dental Assistants. I created a direct mails piece; the Email copy; and wrote the script for the telephone follow-up. It generated a 75+% response rate and three full training classes within the first 2 weeks of the mail out. I created and implemented a comprehensive sales and marketing plan for four restaurants. The program included, brand building, public relations, and community-related promotional events. It also included off-site catering as new revenue stream. The plan increased year-over-year sales by 18% to 22% for a 10-year period.
