This is a unique jumpstart journal for health that is unlike any other you’ve ever used. It has been designed especially with your healing journey in mind and includes activities to minister to your body, soul and spirit. The daily recommendations have been designed to go along with the lifestyle principles of HealingStrong™@Home. Each day, you will refer first to the “DAILY ROUTINES” sheet that will help walk you through your day’s activities with intentionality. Activities are color coded and focus on helping you REBUILD YOUR BODY, RENEW YOUR SOUL, and REFRESH YOUR SPIRIT. The Anti-Cancer Daily Foods Checklist will help you keep track of what you’ve eaten and serve as a reminder to eat foods high in cancer fighting nutrients. The Food Options list offers some simple basic meal ideas (recipes are located in the back of the Journal). You will be directed, morning and evening to refer to the “LIVING WATER” page for the day. This is time for you to prepare yourself for the day by connecting with God through reading and reflecting on His Word. You will also spend a little time each evening, as you prepare for bed, considering your day, being thankful for the successes and praying through the challenges. We believe that God is the one true healer and our relationship with Him is a vital part of any healing journey.
