3095 Plus: Ohio’s Fallen—The Battle for a Veterans’ Memorial chronicles the true story of a determined group of veterans, families, and volunteers who turned a field in the Ohio countryside into a place of reflection, remembrance, and unity.

What began with a Vietnam-era helicopter and the idea of a local memorial grew into a 20-year struggle marked by funding gaps, bureaucratic red tape, community debate, and deeply personal loss. Along the way, supporters came and went—but the mission never wavered.

Written by psychiatric nurse practitioner Erin Lynn Rader and monument builder Kenneth C. Noon, 3095 Plus weaves together rich narrative, emotional testimonies, and over 90 full-color photos to bring this legacy to life.

For readers of military history, memoir, and American resilience—this is a story that lingers.
