366 Surefire Ways to Let Your Employees Know They Count

Most businesses -- regardless of size -- have a strategy for locating highly motivated candidates. And most businesses and managers can convince people to come to work for them. BUT...do these same businesses have a formula for retention? The engergy and enthusiasm employees have depends as much on the work environment as it does on their own motivation.

Behind every boardroom door is the issue of how can one do a better job of letting employees know they are important...that they count. All segments of the economy are scrambling for good workers. Some industries are starved for workers. Others have filled all of their available slots, but don't have a clue on how to keep those employees happy and those slots filled permanently.

Carol Hacker, an educator, speaker, author and one of the nation's leading human resource skill-builders, brings her two decades of experience to the pages of this enlightening book. Let her provide you with a full year's worth (and more) of ideas that she has shared with the management of many Fortune 500 corporations and small enterprises alike. Let "366 Sure Fire Ways to Let Your Employees Know They Count" go to work for you.
