This book is designed to help the reader become a better person, do more than what has been expected of him/her, and obtain more than the basics needed to survive. This book posits that all of us, no matter what are race, gender, class, etc. can be better than we are now. Through reflection, a self-analysis conducted by the reader and selected friends/relatives, and regeneration, focusing on a spiritual and/or religious foundation, the reader is directed toward revitalization. Revitalization emphasizes, via stories and examples, key points necessary to obtain success on all levels. These levels are "encouraging yourself," "surrounding yourself with quality people," "don't trip," "avoid the comfort zone...work," "set goals and objectives," and "develop a plan of action."
