About the Author
Adam Bergman, Esq., is a well-known attorney with expertise in IRAs and 401(k)s. He is a frequently consulted authority on tax planning and has served as advisor to Businessweek, CNN Money, Forbes, and USA Today, among others. He has worked in ERISA and tax law for White & Case LLP, Dewey LeBoeuf LLP, and Thelen LLP, and is a member of the tax division of the American Bar Association and the New York Bar Association. Currently, he is a partner with the IRA Financial Group LLC and president of the IRA Financial Trust Company. Mr. Bergman is the author of four previous books: Going Solo, The Checkbook IRA, Turning Retirement Funds into Start-Up Dreams, and In God We Trust—In Roth We Prosper.
