The efficiency of today's automobile PowerNets is limited and widely exhausted and the introduction of new systems is becoming more and more difficult. An offered remedy is the introduction of a new voltage level of 42 V. Within the scope of the EUROMOTOR symposium, associated problems were discussed and special methods for the solution were presented.
