194pp. Staples have rusted but apart from the rust marks in the centre margin the interior is generally in nice clean condition, a few pages have some finger marks. Cover and edges have fingermarks and cover is rubber stamped INSPECTION DIVISION. Comes with separate Changes No 1 from Dec 1944.
