Synopsis
This book is for people who fill a role where leadership is expected but feel they have only modest natural ability. It is also for the "accidental" leader who needs a boost of confidence to step into a new role, and for budding leaders just starting out who need some sage advice. The book is based around conversations between a young businessman and an older retired man who has led in church, business and philanthropic arenas. Timeless principles and the practical know-how every effective leader learns to live by emerge during these conversations and the young leader is taken to a new level of excellence. This book is for church and marketplace mentors and protégés who are interested in reading about twenty-first-century leading with a spiritual emphasis.
