First Edition. A scarce and significant piece of financial history published in the immediate wake of the 1929 stock market crash. J. George Frederick, a noted economist and founder of The Business Bourse, provides a fascinating "measuring stick" approach to stock selection during the onset of the Great Depression.
Condition Report:
Overall: A very nice, collectable copy.
Binding: Original blue cloth boards. The binding is tight and square with sharp corners. The spine remains firm, though it shows the typical light dulling common to this edition.
Interior: Clean and bright throughout. No previous owner names, bookplates, or underlining.
Toning: There is slight, uniform age-toning to the page edges, consistent with 1930s paper stock, but the pages remain supple and not brittle.
Dust Jacket: No Dust Jacket.
