She is the author of 50 plus one Tips to Building a Retirement Nest Egg (Encouragement, 2006).Donna de St. Aubin's human resource and management expertise spans more than 25 years and includes executive human resource positions in the health care, manufacturing, financial and insurance industries. In addition to her experience in human resource management, planning and internal staffing, Ms. St. Aubin has also been involved in major corporation mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and consolidations. She develops and conducts executive management workshops and works frequently with companies in health care, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing and service organizations. Her understanding of business cultures as well as the intricacies of organational design and development has enabled her to create programs that effectively position private and public companies for continued growth. She works with individual executives in coaching and mentoring along with teams and organizations.
