7 Pillars of Freedom Workbook

The 7 Pillars workbook is a 10 month, weekly study designed to bring healing and freedom from unwanted and destructive sexual behaviors. The instructions and exercises in the 7 pillars workbook create a structure for freedom from unwanted sexual behaviors and provide the biblical truth necessary to build a healthy foundation. The 7 Pillars workbook address:

• Breaking denial structures
• Understanding the nature of sex addiction
• Understanding the healing process
• Establishing sobriety
• Establishing a relapse prevention plan
• Creating a spiritual growth plan for continued freedom

This workbook is designed to be done in a safe group setting along with the use of a 7 Pillars Journal.

Over the course of two decades, they developed a strategy that is Biblically-based, clinically informed, and highly successful at creating lasting change. In 2007, Pure Desire became an independent 501c3 aimed at helping the church body across the country and around the world. In 2014, the award-winning video series, The Conquer Series began to put the message and principles of Pure Desire in front of more and more churches. This video series serves as an on-ramp for people in the church to understand the true nature of sexual addiction, and to seek healing in a grace-filled, redemptive way.
