The 7 Principles of Complete Co-Creation (Paperback)

The 7 Principles of Complete Co-Creation presents a comprehensive view on co-creation. Illustrated by various international case studies, it explains co-creation not as a method, tool or project, but as a new paradigm in which end-users play an ongoing, active role with and for organizations that are relevant to them. It reads like a practical handbook on how to utilize complete co-creation in order to create sustainable value with end-users and other relevant parties. Since co-creation is a relatively new discipline, not much has been written on the topic. The authors have bundled their years of practical experience to fill this gap. Unlike any existing publication, this book provides the reader with a clear co-creation framework, giving practical answers to questions such as: 'what is co-creation and how does it work?', 'whom to involve in a co-creation process?', 'how to convince others of the benefits of co-creation and overcome barriers?'.

Stefanie Jansen During her psychology studies and her career at market research agency IPM KidWise, Stefanie Jansen was thoroughly trained in designing, implementing, and interpreting qualitative and quantitative research and uncovering consumer insight. Although an all-rounder, Stefanie's target group specialization (and her passion) has always been children, youth, and families. In 2007 she became self-employed and established herself as a co-creation expert. Stefanie always puts the consumer first, and to her, co-creation is the only logical way to get from key insight to successful innovation. Maarten Pieters After his study in Hospitality Management and various jobs in different countries, Maarten Pieters joined a multidisciplinary team of innovation experts and co-founded the international innovation agency Flare. Here Maarten learned that his passion lies in developing new products and services with real value for the end-users. To him, a central role for end-users in the development process is more than obvious! Since the beginning of 2016 Maarten is Head of Co-creation and People Research at Philips Lighting N.V. His mission is to help Philips Lighting transform from a product-driven organization into a people-driven, co-creative organization.
