8 Essential Exchanges: What You Have to Give Up to Go Up

Every choice is a value statement. Exchanges aren't about choices between good and bad decisions. Those are easy. The most important exchanges are between really good things and even better things. Those are much harder, but they shape our lives in disproportionate ways. In this book, Kevin Paul Scott identifies eight clear and challenging choices. He calls them exchanges because we give up something important when we choose something even more important. These are choices that confront every person almost every day. When we make them, we experience more fulfillment and have a greater impact than we ever dreamed possible.
