About the Author: Chris de Feyter grew up in Europe, where he completed his undergraduate and graduate degrees in education and psychology. He recently earned a Doctoral degree, focusing on classroom climate and teacher retention. Next to working in elementary and secondary schools, Chris managed several psychology practices, focusing on learning disabilities, anxiety, and depression. In that capacity, he appeared on several national and international talks shows and news channels. Currently, Chris works for a large school division in Canada, where he focuses on students with diverse and special needs.
