Synopsis

The Knowledge Management and Intellectual Capital Excellence Awards have been held annually for eight years. This year we received 14 case histories for our consideration. After an initial evaluation of the abstracts and full review of the case histories which made it to the second round, we are pleased to present the nine finalists in this anthology.

The case histories this year illustrate a diverse group of ideas from Brazil, Italy, Hungary, Pakistan and Malaysia.
