THE 9 PLANET PROBLEM
A 7-Day Lal Kitab Remedy Guide to Balance the Nine Planets, Overcome Life’s Obstacles & Create Positive Change
Have you ever felt that you are working hard, yet something keeps getting in the way?
A promotion gets delayed. Money seems difficult to retain. Relationships become complicated. Important plans repeatedly face obstacles. Your mind feels restless, or you simply feel that life is moving more slowly than it should.
In traditional Jyotish Shastra, the nine Navagrahas are associated with different areas of life, including confidence, emotions, courage, communication, wisdom, relationships, discipline, ambition and detachment.
THE 9 PLANET PROBLEM brings these traditional concepts together in a simple and practical seven-day guide.
Written by L. P. Ghosh, with 15–20 years of experience in Jyotish Shastra and Lal Kitab, this book is designed for readers who want to explore traditional planetary remedies without getting lost in complicated terminology or elaborate rituals.
Inside this practical guide, you will discover:
1. The traditional meaning of all nine Navagrahas
2. Simple explanations of Surya, Chandra, Mangala, Budha, Guru, Shukra, Shani, Rahu and Ketu
3. Easy-to-follow Lal Kitab-inspired traditional remedies
4. Simple and commonly used planetary mantras
5. A structured 7-day Navagraha practice
6. Traditional approaches for career and business obstacles
7. Practices traditionally associated with money and financial difficulties
8. Relationship and family-related remedies
9. Traditional approaches for education, concentration and confidence
10. Practical guidance for delays, repeated setbacks and uncertainty
11. Simple charity, service and conduct-based practices
12. Beginner-friendly explanations of Kundli, houses and planetary influences
13. 21 simple traditional remedies for everyday practice
14. Daily checklists, reflection exercises and practical action steps
15. References for important mantras, remedies and traditional concepts
The book also explores relatable everyday situations.
What if you work hard but your career seems stuck?
What if you earn money but struggle to save it?
What if misunderstandings keep appearing in an important relationship?
What if you study regularly but cannot maintain concentration?
What if every important plan seems to face an unexpected delay?
Instead of offering fear-based predictions, this book encourages a balanced approach: understand the traditional planetary symbolism, follow a simple practice, observe your habits, and take responsible action in your everyday life.
The seven-day program is not presented as a magical guarantee that every problem will disappear in one week. It is a structured starting point for developing awareness, discipline and consistency while exploring traditional Navagraha and Lal Kitab practices.
Whether you are completely new to astrology or already familiar with Jyotish Shastra, THE 9 PLANET PROBLEM gives you a practical framework for exploring the traditional wisdom of the nine planets—one day, one practice and one step at a time.
Nine planets.
Seven days.
Simple traditional practices.
A practical beginning toward positive change.

Store description
We first started out as “The Paperback Exchange,” a chain of physical bookstores where we would part exchange your beloved books for new stories to transport you to faraway places. However, as shopping started to evolve to online shops and marketplaces, we bid our stores goodbye to become “PBShop.” This transition has only allowed us to blossom as we now ship thousands of titles to book lovers across the globe. We pride ourselves in being a community of local book lovers which allows our passion and devotion to shine in everything we do. In 2020 we not only celebrated our 20th birthday but our 1st birthday as being completely employee owned after becoming an E.O.T in September 2019. We are proud to be different and embrace standing apart on a book mountain by working from a virtual inventory which allows us to provide thousands of books that may be difficult to get for your bookshelf or your studies. Working with a number of different suppliers allows us to explore other avenues such as puzzles, sheet music and even stationery so we really do have something for everyone. Life is about being versatile in all realms of existence. If this is your first visit or you are a returning customer, we would like to welcome you to the PBShop family, for there is no friend as loyal as a book. We are a company who put our customers at the centre of everything we do as we understand the importance of reading because once you learn to read, you will forever be free. There are a whole lot of things in this world of ours that we are yet to explore, which is why we will forever inspire curious minds.…
