The front panel of the boards has a few scattered dark spots and a little fading around the top edge. Some browning and spotting to the page edges. Trace of a price in pencil to the top corner of the front free endpaper and the previous owner has written her name in red pen at the top of the front pastedown. She has also completed the 'This book belongs to' section on the next page in ink. Pages otherwise unmarked. The jacket has a half inch piece missing from the top edge of the front panel and a closed tear towards the right on the top edge. There is a half inch closed tear to the bottom right corner of the front panel with some associated creasing. Light corner chipping and some creasing along the top edge of the rear panel.
