Freedberg Consultants Inc., specializes in performance management and has worked with a broad range of clients including IBM, Eastman Kodak, Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce, Astra Pharmaceuticals, Ault Foods, DuPont, and NHL clubs. He created the "Self-Management System," a program that helps individuals transform potential into immediate performance - the basis of his book. A clinical psychologist by training, Dr. Freedberg and family live in Toronto.
