Synopsis
Human beings are the only primate to be fully bipedal. The paleoanthropologist Jeremy DeSilva journeys to Africa to discover how early hominids first walked on two legs, before investigating the evolutionary advantages this gave them, including the ability to use tools and weapons and, by freeing the chest muscles, to speak.
