About the Author
Dr. Lillian Glass holds a Ph.D.s. in counseling psychology and communication disorders, and is the author of The Complete Idiot's Guide® to Verbal Self-Defense. For five years, she was the psychology reporter at KABC, Los Angeles, and she has been featured on The Rikki Lake Show, Geraldo, and The Larry King Show.
