Hardcover. Condition: Very Good. Dust Jacket Condition: Good. Second printing. Very good second impression (1964) in good dust jacket. Binding is tight and pages are clean and unmarked with the exception of the previous owner's name on the front endpaper. There is just a touch of bleed-down (less than 1/8" on a handful of pages) from the red top stain). Paper Jacket is great for its age. It does have a 1.25" tear at the flap that has been nicely fixed on the reverse with archival quality tape and is not noticeable. There is a noticeable crease the width of the front jacket on the bottom of the jacket, as well as some corresponding smaller creases by the front flap. There are two price stickers inside front flap (original publishers in pounds and SUNY). Finally, there is some spotting on the back jacket at the top by the spine (1" x 1" area).Quite attractive copy! Looks great in its archival quality clear Brodart cover.Would make an awesome gift for the philosopher in the family! Seller Inventory # A6IAR
