He thoroughly explains the bene fits of home ownership and the numerous financing options (including a detailed comparison of fixed-rate and adjustable-rate mortgages). Also covered is the home-buying process itself, from finding the right community to settle ment and possession. Numerous financial examples bring Miller's analysis to life. Anyone seeking a first home would be well-served by this lucidly written guide.
