Jiwon Oh was born and raised in Korea. After studying graphic design and literature, Ms. Oh came to New York. In 2001, she received a master's of fine arts in illustration from the School of Visual Arts. Ms. Oh lives in New York City. Cat & Mouse: A Delicious Tale was her first book; this is her second.
