Joe Owens first book "Welcome to the Jungle" quickly became the definitive "How-To" book for bands looking for their big break and although technology has changed, his advice on how to get a record deal, build an image and audience or manage the media remain as fresh as they were decades ago. His work with Canadian rock legends TRIUMPH and tour promotions for the Rolling Stones, David Bowie, Madonna and many more made him uniquely qualified to provide practical advice to navigate the road to success. A 2023 update of the book is in the works for a new generation of musicians. With several projects in the work including a new novel, two screenplays, a children's book and music collection and even an exercise guide for Baby Boomers, Joe is a prolific presence in the contemporary creative community.
