This work provides students with a complete understanding of human development. Organized chronologically, with parallel chapters on physical/cognitive development and social/personality development for each stage of life, the book features coverage of lifespan across cultures and cross-ethnic research. The book's balance of theory, research and applications should interest students to think about the material and themselves in new ways.
