Synopsis

About the Author
The author has more than 30 years experience as a university professor, consultant to universities and government agencies, and researcher. He has served as senior research scientist at Educational Testing Service in Princeton, NJ, in conjunction with the development and maintenance of the Test of English As a Foreign Language (TOEFL) and other related projects, and has many professional publications..
