Synopsis
This self instructional program uses Boolean algebra to describe the internal operation of digital computers. Logic design is the science involved in the design of these computers. The material found in this program provides the basis and is the prerequisite to the advanced study of logic design and computers. Upon completion of the 500 frames in the program, the reader will understand the postulates and theorems of Boolean algebra, be able to manipulate algebraic statements, and utilize Karnaugh maps and the Quine-McCluskey method.
