John Levenhagen is a consultant and retired engineer from Johnson Controls, Inc. He was formerly on the Board of Directors of the American Society of Heating, Refrigeration, and Air Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE) and past president of the the Milwaukee Council of Engineering and Scientific Societies. He has received the Distinguished Service Award of ASHRAE, among others. Donald Spethmann is a control engineering consultant and spend 40 ears as a control engineer with the Honeywell Commercial Buildings Group. His experience includes field, systems, applications, and advanced engineering. He holds more than ten patents, primarily dealing with control for energy conservation. He has been active on ASHRAE technical standards, and handbook committee.
