About the Author

Timothy J Williams did his Masters in Mathematics from IIT, Chennai and Masters in Computer Science from Andhra University, Visakhapatnam. He taught in the Computer Science Department of Pondicherry Engineering College for eight years and later, on a part-time basis, at California State University, Hayward; DevRy University, Fremont, CA; and Chabot College, Hayward, CA. He is presently working as an Oracle consultant.
