Patrick Aurrichio works on IBM's Corporate Environmental Affairs staff, where he is responsible for ISO 14001 worldwide implementation, monitoring and measurement, and EMS training. He also provides technical support for property transactions, environmental assessments, and EMS auditing. Jeanne Yturri is vice president of Zephyr Environmental Corporation, an engineering consulting firm in Austin, Texas.
