He directs and manages all aspects of his firm's quality system consulting and educational services, including TL 9000, ISO 9000/QS-9000, the TE Supplement of QS-9000, AS9100 and ISO 14001 on environmental management systems.
Edward M. Barabas has more than 20 years of experience in the telecommunications industry in quality-related positions, and is an experienced instructor in quality systems auditing and implementation, statistics and sampling.
James J. Gerard, P.E. specializes in course development, course maintenance, consulting and training in quality management principles for the telecommunications industry. He is the lead course developer and trainer for his firm with respect to TL 9000 materials.
